This is a new with tags Relibeauty dress made in the theme of Anna's dress from Disney's Frozen. This purchase is for the dress only. While this is not a Disney branded item, it is made with more care and of better quality than most other costumes you find hanging in the stores. There are 2 layers of skirts to give puff and flow. The top is made of velour and things are smoothly stitched so will not itch. All sequins, lace, and other decorations are sewn on well without any loose strings. This dress is a size 6-7. From armpit seam to armpit seam, it measures 14" across. It pulls on over top.
