NEW Red Roses fit n flare dress XL

New with tags, this is a gorgeous, well made dress that's perfect for Sunday brunch, work or play. The dress has a flattering stretch to it. For reference, I wear a 36G top, sz4 bottoms and this stretched nicely to fit. I'm 5'3" and this came well below the knee.
