@cupcakemama79 The way I did mine, I created a listing as if I was going to sell an item and I have it for a very high price. Then whenever someone looks in your closet they can like it and during your live you drop it as if you are going to sell it and it will notify your shoppers. You can also send a massive message to all your shoppers letting them know your going live soon.

@cupcakemama79 Tap on your closet name, bottom right corner, Then tap MY SHOPPERS, SHOPPERS, SELECT ALL, ACTION, last tap Add comment to Bundle. There you can type your message letting everyone know your having a live, when and time. As for the 2:00 pm issue, all this means is a different time zone. So for Pacific Time it will say 2:00 pm.
