New. (Purchased from an online boutique and it didn’t have tags when it arrived—just came in a bag.) Adorable black and white pattern with a bit of pleating and draping to accent the waist. Really lovely for work, date night, or brunch with the girls depending on how you accessorize. Material is somewhat stretchy, but would recommend for a size 6/8.
