NEW Oopsie Daisy Boutique Cream Lace and Ruffle Dress Size 4

Beautiful cream and ivory dress that is buttery cotton linen with excellent quality. Halter lace top. Never worn as I bought too many dresses. From a pet free and smoke free home. Received with pink “tacking” Mark above where they sewed the ruffles that I didn’t notice at first but seen (see image) when you pull down the ruffle and wouldn’t be visible in pics. New. So cute and flowy!
