Wore this just once for a winter choir concert! The fabric is thick, so this skirt is awesome for cooler weather with the possible addition of some warm stockings or tights. The waist can be made bigger or smaller with the buttons that secure the skirt at the hip. I love the classic look of this skirt, but I have had no occasion to wear it.
