This dress is size large and made by Justfitsu. It is made with 100% polyester and machine washable. The straps tie on the shoulders, it is smocked in the back and has a ruffle along the bottom. It measures approximately 16 1/2" across at the bust, the waist measure 14" across, the hips measure 21" across and it is about 50" in length with a 19 12/" vent slit on one side. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice dress.
