This GORGEOUS, strapless B. Smart navy blue ombre dress is brand new with its original tag. The retail price was $134 as can be seen on the tag. It is 100% polyester, so it should last a long time. The size is a 3/4. One tag says "3/4" and one says "3," as can be seen in the photos. It is a well-above the knee, short dress. This would be a great dress for Homecoming or Prom. It would also be a great dress for a wedding or cocktail party. It could fit older school-aged girls and petite women. I am not sure if it is "Regular" or "Junior," but I would lean towards "Juniors."
