This is new with tags, (retail value of $128) however there is a faint discoloration by the neck, (see pics), might have some wrinkling with shipping. It is size large and made by Juicy Couture. It is made with 68% cotton and 32% modal and machine washable. This has ties on the sides of the waist and two side pockets. It measures about 20" across at the bust, the waist measures 17 1/2" across and it is about 32" in length. Cute and comfy.
