condonscloset @debcoop531 the size 38 measures around 10-5/8 on the bottom from heel to toe. I don't know how it fits on the inside but that's what the outside measures on the bottom. thanks!

condonscloset @ccy1957 Hi! I can only list what the size is that the company makes the label with. You will have to check their sizing chart on their website to see what a 38 is in US measurements.
