cahpsu27 @katskollections hmmmm, no I don't believe that is how it works from my understanding. Reduced shipping promos are to encourage sales after the price is dropped and posh then automatically offers the savings on their end. Making an offer then negates that process and has you paying full shipping. I could be wrong but I've never seen it that way.

cahpsu27 @katskollections hi there! So as sad as it sounds, I've spent literally 6 hours off and on ripping through my house looking for this today and I'm convinced it's been sucked into a black hole. I've had to move my entire home around to make room for a sick family member with stage 4 cancer and I've had to shuffle so much around. I apologize but I'm going to have to cancel this.
