New with tags Lulu’s Manhattan Moment ruffled midi wrap dress. The color is darker than the stock photo. The bow can be tied in the front or the back. The straps have some dark marks where the strap hardware was (see picture above), may come out but I didn’t try because it is new with tags. Also one strap needs to be untwisted (also shown in a picture above). Size XS.
