Brand new. Cannot return because it's my fault that I chose wrong size. I tried it on and straps etc. are very comfy, but the cups were too large for me. (I needed the 'underbust' size, but, heavy as I am, my cup size is small😔) The criss-cross, adjustable front lace panels provide different degrees of 'lift'. Smoke free home. @sandyrutter2017 Going by the chart in my photos, it is what it says. I needed this size to go around me, but neglected to pay attn. to the cup size. Unfortunately, my fat doesn't go to my boobs🙄 Was comfy 'around' me, but don't have nearly enough to fill the cups.
