This is brand new without tags. Its never been worn, only tried on for just a few minutes. The 7th pic is an example of what it looks like over a strapless Smocked Skirt. The tag says XS, But can also fit a small. armpit to armpit ~ 14" - 16.5" armpit to hem ~ 36", 40" with fringe This 1st pic shows the model wearing a Bodycon underneath this dress/skirt only willing to trade for Free People, but I may consider other brands.
