chrischerie @nj_captiva hey i thought you created a case. i mentioned to you to create a case and mentioned seller willing to refund isnt it. you will need to create a case in order to do the refund and mailing label through poshmark... ummmm i think can just wait them to reply now :/ if i give you my mailing address you will need to pay shipping and only partial refund coz i only got 80% of the sale... if you created a case and they will create shipping label for you and full refund.

chrischerie @nj_captiva however the case has to be opened three days after you receive the merchandise so now you can only wait through email. next time same thing happen you shouldnt accept it and create case under review. idk what to do now i will email poshmark for you hope that helps :(

nj_captiva @chrischerie there was no where to open a case, but I contacted Poshmark as soon as I contacted you the first time. I haven't accepted the item yet, I just want to be able to return it and get a refund. This item is so tiny it fit my 13 y/o niece, who wears a child 12/14. It is NOT an adult medium. I know that's due to the manufacturer, but it's not what I thought I was purchasing. Maybe it's Asian sized, not US

nj_captiva I have never had a problem with an order before, and didn't know if clicking on "problem with order " would impact you negatively as a seller. I was trying to do the right thing and contact you directly, like one does with ebay. I thought the buyer and seller could resolve issues between themselves as is done with most other sites. I guess I'll know better next time, and looks like I might be stuck with a child size romper :(

nj_captiva So Poshmark never responded to my email--i just keep getting a stock email saying there are large volumes of emails for them to respond to so it will take awhile. Today I let my 12 year old try on the romper---she is 5'0'', less than 90 lbs., and it is just barely loose on her (i'd let her keep it, but its too mature looking for a child, even though that's who it's sized for) So, the sizing was very off, and not at all an Adult Medium, as described.
