It is fully adjustable, by squeezing it to tighten on your finger, or gently opening it up to make it larger. I recommend wearing this ring on fingers between sizes 5 1/2 - 7 ½ for the best look of the ring. I rounded the swirls, so they would lay against the finger for a better fit. I find this ring is comfortable, fun to wear, and it gets compliments all the time! For this ring, I used 16ga, 14k Gold Filled Round Wire. Non smoking home, with 2 cats!
