A wonderful brand new with tags dress! The material is a textured netting that has black palm leaves sewn into it. Princess style with a fitted waist and pleats. Two hidden pockets. Scallop detail at edges. Lined. Measures 35” long. Bust is 18”. Never worn, has original tags with $169 price tag attached. There is a small knot of stitches at the front chest that I have pictured. I imagine this can be trimmed but wanted the buyer to decide.
