@dudlbug17 Hi! These are brand new & have never been worn so I have not tested them to see if they’re sweat / squat proof. But the fabric seems very moisture wicking & not heavy. I believe these are meant for more lighter workouts than heavy lifting, like running, cycling, yoga, Pilates, body weight workouts, & athleisure wear. But in Whitney Simmon’s Instagram videos, she does wear these for weighted workouts too. :) Hope this helps!
