The directions say to add 3 Tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of oil. Olive oil would be expected in the Greek salad dressing mix.

The package with the red pepper at the top says to add 1-2 Tablespoons of water, 1-2 Tablespoons of vinegar, and 3 Tablespoons of oil.
