New without tags; has defect. Defect being a couple red dots on the front right side of the front neckline below the collar area (maybe dye flaw). We also noted irregular stitching at the base of the collar seam. Fabric and seams may be dusty (not stained) but nothing we could see to note. Please see pictures, thank you. Offers welcome.
