New without tag; has defects. Defects being approximately a dozen or less light fabric runs on the front and back sides of the dress. The runs are hard to see due to the color and print. Last we noted what looks like a liquid discoloration on back above the hem, maybe a drink splatter - not sure the source. It looks like it will clean easy. Please see pictures, thank you.
