NEW F21 Black Halter Tie Maxi Dress

This maxi dress has a halter tie top and 2 mid thigh slits in the front (M-slit). Great for summer and is very light and comfortable. The dress has a white and pink flower with tiny green leaf pattern ( see pics ). Forever 21. Size small. I love the style of this dress but it just doesn’t fit me as well as I like so it’s brand new, never worn.
