The Silhouette Series collection offers three different skateboard decks that pay tribute to iconic Eames pieces. Specialty walnut veneer and Canadian maple decks are molded using a steam and bend process- just like the Kazaam machines Charles and Ray created to develop their plywood molding techniques. The “Solar Do-Nothing Machine”, “Plywood Sculpture”, and “Hang-It-All” designs are laser-etched onto our matte white screen printed ink to reveal beautiful walnut wood on the 7.75”, 8.0”, and 8.25” decks, respectively. Globe ReGrowth Program offsets their timber use by partnering with the National Forest Foundation (NFF) to donate to their tree-planting program.
