@melaniekawai Hi Melanie - the dress armpit to armpit (one side only) is 18 inches wide. The waist has elastic and stretched out it's also 18 inches (one side only). The bottom portion is flared/pleated. Let me know if you need anything else ? Thanks for your inquiry.

@melaniekawai - It's a size M. (18 inches across the bust area on 1 side is 36 inches all around). The waist has elastic so it stretches on one side to 18 inches x 2 = 36 inches all around. This is typical for a size M. Just want to make sure you understood my calculations from the 1st email I sent. Thanks for your inquiry anyway. Good luck in finding what you want.
