NEW Diamond Accent Heart Pendant necklace

This was a gift from my grandmother to me. I never wore it so I’m selling it. Sterling silver metal (see stamp in 4th photo). It has 3 larger diamonds on the right side of the heart and a smaller sized longer row of diamonds on the left. This item will come in original Zales box I received with this necklace. Retail $150+ tax. Marked NWT but please note this did not come with any tag attached to it.
