NEW Delman Brown Fabric Covered Heels with Velvet Bows // Size 7 1/2 M

New old stock, pristine condition pair of heels by Delman, probably circa early or mid-00s. Chocolate brown fabric covered upper with lattice-like straps mid-foot that are accented with a chocolate brown velvet bow. Leather soles. No box included, had been stored in plastic. Footbed measures approximately 9.5" long, ball of foot is about 3" wide at widest point, and heel is 4" tall. Comes from a smoke-free home. Not pet free (2 Great Pyrenees), but the clothes are kept safely away from the pet hair tsunami.
