NEW Cover-Up, Surf Gypsy

THIS IS THE CUTEST COVER UP! I’m so sad to be selling but it doesn’t fit me (and alas I didn’t return it in time). I’m 5’4 and the waist tie on the medium hit me too low - would recommend for someone taller. Brand new, with tags, never worn. Really nice material!
