One side has a criss-cross strap, the other side has two padded dividers with a Velcro strap. The front has a zipper pocket with a weather shield, a zip-close pouch with three open pockets, two pen slips & a zipper pocket. The front flap has an additional zipper pocket. Both sides have water bottle pockets. The bottom has two rubber feet and two heavy-duty rubber wheels.
