novajaneuntamed Hi I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I will have to file a case on this pillow. I received it today and while I appreciate you shipping it so quickly it is not usable. The pillow itself smells like toxic chemicals and will not inflate and the top was re-taped possilby as if it were previously returned. It will not inflate to the size of a normal pillow. I have filed a case with poshmark for a refund and will RTS the package.

73born @novajaneuntamed I’m not sure but I bought several like this at the store never opened it I had got 1 extra that’s y I decided to sell instead of going back to the store I honestly did not pay attention but no problem I’ll refund you that’s the way I got from the store so I cannot give you an explanation

novajaneuntamed @73born Thank you, sorry it didn't work out. My husband has this pillow and I want one so bad! I did take a video of me opening it for Poshmark, so the refund should go through without issue. It has definitely been opened previously. The bag inside was already torn open as well.
