NEW Brown Plaid Sz Medium Mock Wraparound Fringed Sweater Skirt

This mock wraparound skirt is made by Time and Tru. It is made with 12% viscose, 64% polyester, 2% wool, 7% nylon, 3% cotton and 12% acrylic and machine washable. It has elastic waist at back of the waist, a band in front and fringes down the front. It measures 15" across at the waist, 20 1/2" across at the hips and it is 25 1/2" in length. It is new, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice skirt.
