NEW Boutique JCP Black Velour Floral Dress Size 3X Stretchy NWT

This is a pretty dress by Boutique (JCPenney), size 3X. It's stretchy and comfortable but still dressy. The fabric has a velour texture with bright flowers. New with tags. Length from back of neck to bottom is about 37-1/2". Chest is about 53". Thanks for looking!
