NEW Blue and white flower patterned stretchy mid length dress

Really great quality, NEVER WORN, Navy / Blue and white, flower pattern, stretch / body con, mid length-short depending on height. I Bought for a baby shower and gained the “Covid 10” (more like 20) and didn’t want to wear it. Great stretchy material. Can be off-the- shoulder (if you’re small frame) but still fits nicely for more broad shoulders like myself.
