NEW Blue Sz Small Embellished Sleeveless Eyelet Cotton Casual Dress

This dress is size small and made by Claudia Richard. The bust measures 19 1/2" across, the hips measure 20" across and it is approximately 32" in length. It is made with 100% cotton and hand washable. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice dress.
