brookeshade1993 @sle830 Yes it has stretch. It's 5 % Elastane. I would go with an XL since it's mesh. You don't want the stretch to change the pattern.

brookeshade1993 @lilmissbb514 I don't have that information but I can tell this too is CROPPED so it is tucked into the highwasted jeans. I am 192, size 14 and I wear and XXL. Hopefully this helps for reference.
