NEW BLUSH PLUS OFF THE SHOULDER RUFFLE PEPLUM TOP SIZE: UK 18/ US 14

Cute off shoulder blush pink flouncy top. I bought it for an event and didn’t end up wearing it. I removed them but I have the original tag. It is a U.S. size 14 but the sizing is generous if you are chesty. For reference I am a 38H bra and it fits comfortably.
