NEW Angie dress/tunic, cold shoulder in a small Approx measurements 32.5" in the front 18" sleeve inseam 19.5" across at the armpits There is elastic on the bottom of the cut out in the back. Elastic at the bottom of the sleeve. Black with purple and pink flowers. I pinned up the shoulders on the mannequin as best I could to show the shoulders. I think that it will hang much better on a person.
