Battery operated foot file. I purchased this one when I couldn't find mine after moving. It arrived, I opened the package, and the next day I found mine!🙄 Original packaging, but opened. Never used. Includes the batteries that came with the item. It shipped with no "tags". Replacement heads can be purchased thru Amope and Amazon. The one on mine has lasted a long time. This file works well. I turned it on for a few seconds to ensure it works and does.
