Hi, I can’t tell by the picture, are the snaggs on the material or is the stitching snagged?

@suecity4444 the snags are on the material on the left sleeve. It appears there is some uneven stitching by the bow on the back, but that is from manufacturing and is not snagged. Let me know if you have any more questions!
