New, never worn, Taken out of box only to take photos. My son outgrew them before he could wear them. Description from Nike below, Per the Nordstrom sizing chart, this is a 6Y (boys/girls) but equivalent to a women's 7.5. This seems to check out because my daughter (who wears a 7.5 womens) buys boys 6 sneakers, but please read carefully before buying. This item has been cross-listed in youth shoes too.
