Silver Sequins y2k style party hat !! The sequins are all reflective silver, almost like a mirrored disco ball hat! It will reflect any color of lights shined on it. In some of the pictures the hat looks a little yellow/tan and this is because I have warm colored light in my house where I took the photos. I added one photo of the hat reflecting rainbow light back onto the wall to help show the mirrored effect. The hat is sized for adults. imo it's on the bigger side perfect for big heads or large hair individuals. 22.8 inches circumference. Perfect for any party festivities! This hat is new, I still have the plastic it came in and only took it out for these photos. The tag did not come with a tag or a brand name on it. I also tried to show in the photos that some of the sequins have a little glue on them. That's the way the hat came, please keep that in mind. It doesn't take away from the style of the hat but I don't want anyone to be surprised.
