NEW, only been worn once for 3 hours in home for a baby shower. This midi blue floral dress is gorgeous on and off the hanger. It has puffed long sleeves and cutouts on the side. It is a beautiful powder blue color with floral detailing and a somewhat sheen look.
I had the top of this dress taken in to fit me, but it is just tacked and can easily be let back out (no fabric was removed)!
