NEW 3-1 Philip Lim Shirt dress

Purchase at Saks for $198 (tag attached), perfect condition. Classic shirt dress with tan, white and dark blue strips. Size 0 but oversized-- definitely can fit up to a size 6 and perhaps an 8 (this is why I will post it as a S). Armpit to armpit 24". Length 35". Matching belt included. Classic style... perfect for the fall/winter/spring with boots, or flats, and even in the summer with flip flops. So versatile, and a good quality dress. 100 % cotton.
