Brand new without tags. Upon receiving, it fit too long for me so I never wore it. Never got around to returning. Very high quality all around. Not thin junk, i can tell it will last a very long time given the right care. Embroidery is extremely high quality. Very thick, well made. Very bright colors. All around an amazing quality jersey. Even better than pro basketball jerseys as crazy as that sounds.
