mrsjessicaheaps @smorton701 I tried to send the same offer but I keep my debit card locked until I make purchases, so Idk that it'll work because I have no way to know when it's going to be accepted so I can unlock my card, if that makes any sense?

mrsjessicaheaps @smorton701 okay sorry I have a bank app on my phone where I keep my debit card locked and only unlock it as I'm making a purchase, and then I lock it right back. it prevents unauthorized charges on my card. But that also means that my card is locked when you accept my offer, and thus, the payment gets declined. If you send me the offer instead of vice versa, I can unlock my card long enough to accept your offer and pay for it

mrsjessicaheaps I'm just going to pay for it outright, I'm just explaining because it's fairly common now for people to keep their cards locked now when they aren't using them. So if you ever have someone asking specifically for *you* to send *them* an offer instead of vice versa hopefully it'll make sense because customers can't time when you accept accept their offer
