Handmade, got them off of Etsy These flares have a high waist, an 11" rise, and a smoooth flare with no horizontal seam at the knee like our bell bottoms. (Instead they have a vertical seam at the thigh.) Material is Spandex Size Large, Waist 32"-34"/ Hips 41"-43" - I usually wear a large so I'd say they fit true to size Inseam: 30" Only wore them once for a disco themed bachelorette party - they're in excellent condition, soo cute and comfortable.
