shine2015 @megbellafaccia it changed my life 🙏 Meditation saved my life. U have no idea how much it works but I’m talking about real meditation. I also use apps but everyone thinks meditation is easy or boring or whatever. No! In order for it to do what it has the power of doing. It’s hard work. And I’m referring to sitting in lotus position with a straight posture BUT relaxed. Don’t focus on it cause u will be tense.

I was taught by an actual Indian guru in a country called Kyrgyzstan. I went specifically for this. Let me just say that it made me look at the world, at life, at people, at everything completely differently.

shine2015 Like much much better I mean. Calmer. Not take things that are so petty or irrelevant or nonsense to heart the way I did before. Meaning without aggression and anger and pain and just basically not serious. To things that make u stressed or mad that u realize how differently u are able to actually deal with it and handle it or realize how so much is not worth your time and effort and struggle and mainly negativity.

shine2015 These are facts. Even scientifically proven and here’s a person telling u that experienced it and is actual proof of the power it has. Believe me. It’s a much happier, easier way of life. You’d be surprised how you’re just happy for no reason and how stupid things don’t annoy u or irritate u. I’ve struggled with high anxiety since I’m a kid and still do but MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER!

Omg I keep trying to end this but it’s such a broad subject and the reason I can’t stop preaching is cause u have no idea how it changed my life 180 degrees. It’s shocking. It’s amazing. It’s a lot of work though. It’s not easy but it pays off because life becomes easy and once you’re use to it. It becomes easy.

shine2015 I don’t trust anyone cause I saw the real deal in person and I experienced it and to my own surprise can’t believe the dramatic influence it has on u. And u don’t need to spend a dollar to achieve it. U just gotta dedicate yourself to do it and follow through and u will feel the difference within a week. Gurus spend years achieving it but that’s already beyond what I assume u would want from it. People are very ignorant in regards to what it actually is.
