gabebuhk @mjelly84_7 everything was intact when I sent it. The letters must have fallen off in the box? Instead of trying to make me look like a public ass hole you could have disputed in private?

mjelly84_7 Wasn't in the box.. I triple checked it @gabebuhk You could have also packaged it better so that it wouldn't come off, the letters. There wasnt even a bubblepack or tissue around the purse. But I will check again also

dani44 @mjelly84_7 I hope you opened a case with Poshmark or the seller at least issued a discount! If you sent pics to PM customer service they will issue you a refund & send you a label to return it. Luckily I've only come across one dishonest posher so far after years of being on Posh. They give a bad name to others. Not fair!

mjelly84_7 @dani44 I did file a complaint Thanks! ❤️ I didn't get a chance to return it, so I didn't get a refund, but I gave her a negative rating and posted it. Yeah I haven't come across too many bad transactions either Luckily.

rikkilee97 This is terrible. My two Michael Kors bag in the same style have gone through ALL HELL (used the crap out of them!) and never once did the letters fall off. I even pick at them when I'm bored out of habit! It seems quite unlikely that the letters have fallen off while in the box. I'm so sorry, girl!

mjelly84_7 Thanks! @rikkilee97 it happened awhile ago so I'm ok now. I knew it wasn't authentic, just wish I was informed that the letters would be falling off before I decided to purchase it
