This is a beautiful dress with tags still on it! It has big flare sleeves, crocheted detail, open lace down back. The waist has no give, it is 26". It is a micro mini dress, and the total length from shoulder to hem is 36". It is designed for a petite person. I was never able to lose enough weight to wear it.
