I think it’s plastic. Not leather. Woven. Great for work, travel, beach. Anything. Inside as shown. Has some strings inside (one on the top, one on bottom). Not sure they’re purpose. Handles as shown. Comes with small inner pouch. Some dents as shown. Can be tied to bag by silver side handle.
