NAVY Blue Ralph Lauren Evening Gown~Formal with Lace, Sequined Sleeve

I shopped for months to find the right gown to wear to a formal occasion with explicit instructions not to buy anything black or outrageous. I found a lighter blue one that I loved and I’m still low key mad about. Alas, she was beyond fabulous and my kids weren’t having it. I saw this and knew it would fit beautifully because it’s a Ralph Lauren. However, I wasn’t excited to try her on because her sleeve was short and sequined, thinking it would make my big arms look like elephant trunks but we were out of stores and dresses. I don’t think Size 14 me everrr squealed in a dressing room until that afternoon. It accentuated the hour glass shape and completely hid the tummy. But what about the sleeves 🫣 They drew attention to the shoulder area!! This is the only short sleeve dress that I have ever worn that I wasn’t self conscious about how my arms looked. I thanked a numinous being for Ralph Lauren. You will thank us both and yourself for this Posh! Money well spent. I never got more compliments on a dress in my life.
